Thank you for your interest! Our next stage and tech opportunities begin in April 2023 for our Black & Asian/Pacific Islander artist showcase, Parallel Veins. Audition applications are now closed. You can still apply to be a crew member, attend the show or learn how to support us in other ways:
For applications, we generally consider performers and crew age 18+ with any level of experience. For our plays, we prefer those who have completed any role in at least one full theatre production—academic, community or professional. If you are specifically interested in volunteering behind-the scenes, please email our Director Johánna Crystal directly via info@sunnysidetheatre.org.
COVID-19 POLICY: Vaccines and weekly rapid antigen tests are required for performers and crew members. During our Sunday masked matinees, face masks are required indoors. For all other shows, masks are strongly encouraged. If you are testing positive at the time of the show date, please be mindful and stay home. If you are experiencing symptoms or you have been exposed to a positive case within the last 10 days, we recommend caution through testing and masking. We want to especially protect our at-risk team members and their household members. We thank you for your consideration.
